Good To Know I’m Getting the Right Diapers

Kevin Kelly/photo - Holding her youngest son Trig and flanked by security personnel, Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin greeted shoppers at the Gallipolis Wal-Mart on Sunday. Palin was enroute to events in Marietta and St. Clairsville when she made her stop in Gallipolis.Looks like Gov. Palin is like most of us—at least in her choice of saving money on diapers.

Accompanied by her youngest son Trig, security, staffers and a small pool of news media, Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin stepped off the “Straight Talk Express” bus to enter the store around 1:30 p.m., where she purchased a bag of Parents’ Choice brand disposable diapers and a toy.

Well, I guess we won’t have to worry about having another politician that doesn’t know the cost of milk or diapers, and one that knows what it’s like to shop where most of us shop!

I find this refreshing—do you?

@Rachel: Right– this is probably the most promotion that Parent’s Choice has ever gotten!

I’d be more impressed if they were cloth diapers.

@Leticia and @Holly: Well, at least Trig wears that same diapers as my daughter.

@Arthur: Does WalMart even sell cloth diapers? How many parents do you know that do cloth diapers when they’re on the road? Methinks you’re just trying to find something you can object to.
