Message from the Psalms
Psalm 11:3 gives us a statement that was as true then as it is today.
If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?
We are living at a time when the foundations are those things that are
under attack. Instead of going after different things that are surface
issues, the battle is now for foundational things– things that were
not questioned previously are now openly debated and discussed.
This is why you see Christianity torn down in our schools, and other
religions taught. This is why you see the historicity of the Bible
questioned. This is why the Da Vinci Code is attacking the Church.
Because if the foundation of God in this country is destroyed– if
truth no longer has its strength– then the righteous have no recourse.
