Changing the Routine to Get Better Sleep

Sleeping by Tony AlterI think I need to change my routine.  I’m reading through the Bible this year on my tablet using Logos software.  I’m somewhere in the middle of Psalms, but I have been reading at night right before bed—sometimes with the lights out.  I think that’s part of the reason that I feel fatigued during the day, and that’s supported by A messy desk, eating late and even playing on your phone: The surprising habits that are making you tired (and the tricks to boost flagging energy levels)

Many of us are guilty of getting into bed then checking our phones until we feel tired. But it turns out that this can be more disruptive for our sleep cycle than we think.
