	The La Mesa Police Department said Jessica Ashley Kahal, 22, was taken into custody Thursday morning at 11:30 a.m. She turned herself in to police, with an attorney present. She was booked into Las Colinas Detention Facility on two counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor.
