Sacramento, CA - A 30-year-old teaching intern Margaret De Barraicua was arrested on statutory rape charges after they found her with a 16-year-old male student behind Leonardo Da Vinci Elementary School in a car with the windows steamed up. De Barraicua's toddler was strapped into a car seat in the back when police discovered the pair. According to their report, De Barraicua and the boy are believed to have been having "an ongoing consensual sexual relationship for several months."
