St Johns County, FL - A former elementary school teacher pleading no contest to lewd and lascivious battery against a 13-year-old boy. Kelly Lynn Dalecki, 28, teaches in St. Augustine Florida, making her the third Florida teacher to face these kinds of charges. The boy's parents allegedly found more than 50 suggestive e-mails and pornographic photos sent to his e-mail account. He told detectives he had sex with Dalecki several times at the her home in St. Augustine and at Treaty Park both before and after his 14th birthday.
