Redwood City, CA - A 33-year-old teacher has been arrested after D-N-A tests confirmed that a 16-year-old former student fathered her baby. Redwood City police say Rebecca Boicelli was arrested on three charges of lewd and lascivious acts with a minor and statutory rape. Police began investigating Boicelli after another teacher reported odd behavior between her and the student, who is now 18.
