Pregnancy and Birth in the US

Next week we get to find out the sex of child number 5.  My wife wants to bake a cake with the frosting color of the cake being blue for boy and pink for girl and then invite my family over and have them guess and then cut the cake!

This got me thinking about pregnancies and births in the United States, and here’s an interesting infographic on the topic:

Why Use a Middle Man When Purchasing Glasses?

Late Night

In  this age of buying things online, I’m not sure why anyone would purchase glasses at the optometrist, besides trying to eat up a Flex Spending Account!

I mean, you can get the same quality lenses and eyeglasses online without the hassle—and if you’re worried about trying them on, you can test them at the optometrist and then go home and order!

  • The amount of work you have to keep the weight off.
  • What was the other one I had?

Oh yeah, the memory that you begin to lose!

Wakeboarding

Brazilian Beach

If you’re like me—well, then again you’re probably not anything like me.  I mean, when I was just a young thing my mom took me to one of those “learn to swim at the YMCA” things and scared me away from water for life…  well, I do take a shower.

So, if you’re not like me, and you like the water and your idea of a fun time is spending time in the waves, chances are you’d love to learn wakeboarding.
