One of the things about an economy in trouble is that you can easily find real estate at prices that you never thought possible—let alone a great interest rate.
If I hadn’t just moved from one location and sold for a loss, I’d definitely be looking to invest in a new home!

This is a fantastic area where my wife and I are looking to move. We have been to the area many times and cannot wait to start settling down there. We are in the process of deciding what we actually want in a house/property, so it won’t be right away. However, I would love to find some real estate by next year. Hopefully everything will work out and we will be enjoying ourselves next year in the area.
