As I’ve said before, recessions are natural things—things that allow new companies to grow up in place of companies that have become too rigid. They’re a time of new ideas, and fortunately for us, we live in a day where we can do work for people we’ve never met and never leave the comfort of our own homes.
We also have access to technology that will help us work both locally and nationwide and get our news and specialty out before the public in ways that were not available to us in the past.
One such company is ProfitFuel, which was ranked 461 nationally on the Inc. Top 500 companies list. They are a growing company that helps small business talk about what makes them unique and their offerings—both locally and nationwide.
The opportunities are out there, we just need to make sure that we’re taking advantage of them!
That’s so true. People who have lost their jobs or are facing reduced incomes and benefits need to look for innovative solutions. The old system of easy jobs and plenty of benefits isn’t ever going to come back, recession or not. Only way to live the same way is to work smarter and earn more.
