The Perfect Invitation

My mother in law is a crafty person.  She love rubber stamping and has a part time business demonstrating how to make cards and use rubber stamps—and of course trying to sell them.  The neat thing about this is that instead of getting store-bought cards on the holidays, my family receives handmade cards—though not always on time. :)

Creations by Leslie is a site where you can get personalized invitations for those of us that aren’t as crafty as that.

Whether its holiday invitations or girl baby shower invitations or a birthday invitation like the one above, there’s an incredible selection.  Personally, I think it’s neat that you can not only pick out original artwork, but that someone with an eye to design can actually put together an unique card just for your event.

In the case of the card above, the actual page allows you to choose the exact text for card.  You specify different fonts and return addresses, and they are reasonably priced (considering that you’re getting a personally priced card instead of store-bought one.  Blank stock gets you 25% off.

But if it’s not a birthday card you are looking for (and there are birthday cards for everything from 1st birthday to Sweet Sixteen Invitations to all the decades), there are invitations for theme parties, weddings (in many different styles), and stationery that you can select from as well.

I encourage you, if you’re looking for invitations, check out Creations by Leslie and I’m sure you’ll find something that will work for you.

I found three websites that have lots of unique baby shower invitations, personalized birthday party invitations and custom Holy Communion baptism invitations cards at:

    http://www.cardsshoppe.com
    http://www.express-invitations.com
    http://www.announcements-shoppe.com

I have ordered from all three for different occasions and been very pleased. Take and look and see what you think.

Nice site. I spent some time checking out the cards. The Beach Party cards are really neat, although the prices seem to vary from card to card. I suppose they base the price on how intricate the card is.
