Today is the Day
Firefox 3 goes live today, and we want it to go live with a bang!
Firefox is trying to make the Guinness World Record book, and they need your help! Just click on this picture and go download Firefox 3. You’ll be glad you did.
Not only did the bookmarks section get a fabulous upgrade, but you’ll never believe what the location bar (renamed “Awesome Bar” for this release) has become. It intelligently matches what you type to the url OR to the title of the document, etc. You have to see it to believe it.
So, tell all your friends, make sure they go and download Firefox 3.0 today!

@Mary: Ha! I wondered if their servers would be up to the task of how many people would be trying to download. I would guess that there’s going to be a big rush, but don’t worry– it still counts as long as you do it before tomorrow at 1:00 PM.

@Mary: That it is indeed! Virtuous Blonde checks her feed reader now, and it’s nice to not to have to go from place to place. I like the beta version of bloglines better than the original, but that’s part of my vice– being a bleeding-edger.
