A Little Bit of Scheduling
I almost think I liked it better when I was a little bit more planned in what I was doing rather than always being impromptu. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I like writing off the cuff as much as anyone, but there was something about being a little bit more scheduled that felt comfortable– I knew what was expected and you had a feel for when I’d be talking about what.
So, what I’ve decided to try is to get a little bit more structured for the next few weeks and see how that goes. Nothing’s set in stone yet, but here’s a general feel:
- Monday: Caption Contest Photo Released, Sermon Notes, Week Preview.
- Tuesday: Culture Commentary, Network Highlights (from Weekend Kindness, VeggieTales Review or Fiction1 ).
- Wednesday: WordPress, Technology, and Computer Help.
- Thursday: Politics, News, Current Events, “Data Dump”
- Friday: Pro-Life, Weekly Recap, Survey.
Again, this is a rough copy, but the basic idea. If there’s anything you’d like me to cover that you don’t see here, please mention it in comments below and I’ll try to fit it in. And I reserve the right to deviate from this when necessary!
