What would you do if you found a bank branch was unlocked.  I bank with HSBC, so this story is even more interesting to me, though I’m not in England.  A family shows up to get some cash out of an ATM and a 5 year old finds that the branch has not been locked for the weekend!  What’s strange is that no alarms sounded, even though he walked up and looked at the vault and the computers on the desks.  Strange.

Internet suicides are a scary thing.  That there are forums that are allowed to operate that encourage people to take their own lives is tragic.  Words cannot express my contempt for people that believe that it’s somehow good to encourage people to be so selfish as to take their own life.  And for a town in England, there have been 14 of these people that have hanged themselves.  My heart goes out to the families that have lost the ones they love to this tragedy.
