Incredibly maddening to put it lightly. That's unbelievable. Money makes the sin go round.

The Kansas Supreme Court today stopped the seating of the grand jury on the grounds that the case was 'unique.' Literally, that's what they said...it was 'unique.' So how can Tiller continue to operate in a state that is, as Mary said, family friendly? Well, you give over $200,000 in contributions to the governor, who appoints the justices, and you pump over $1.5 million into the campaign for Attorney General to defeat Phill Kline. And you create a PAC called ProKanDo so you can funnel even more money into Kansas politics and begin buying off state legislators and senators. And once that's accomplished, you buy off the media as well so the citizens have no idea what is happening.

I think what gets me the most is the Court stopping the seating of an investigative body without any statute or previous case to back them up. Incredible. Only in Kansas.

Excellent closing sentence, MIn.

Amazing that KS is one of the only states in the union to allow these partial-birth abortions, isn't it? KS, by rights, should be grass roots and family friendly...right there in the heart of America. Hopefully this George Tiller sees justice done, and what a hero DA Phill Kline is for pursuing this case. I'd imagine it's not a walk in the park for him and his family.
