The blame falls on the governer for not acting until 24 hr after the president calls her and warns her. Also to the mayor who wouldn’t let people use the school buses to transfer people insisting on city buses only. Honestly I don’t think the pres should’ve taken responsibility. It wasn’t his fault! He went beyond his power to help them and they blame him. The people who wanted to stay and then wanted to leave later blamed him. WHY?????? They should’a left when they had the chance! UGH!! Sorry, kinda got upset about that…but now you know. Thanks!

I absolutely agree with Kate. It was the governor and mayor’s fault for not being prepared and taking necessary precautions. I wonder if they will be re-elected. I kow for one thing, I would not re-elect a fouled mouth public servant.
It was no fault of the President and he was big enough to take the blame and hear all the tiresome rhetoric of the media.Leti
