Yet we continue to do the same thing today. We derive a modern statement from this: “the ends do not justify the means.” How often do we justify what we do because we believe the end product will be good? In our work? In our dealings with others?" Oh boy. I had this discussion with my dh yesterday. Is it ok to believe in anything and be a good person with good intentions to be saved? Are there many roads to God?
